Overview
Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date of your much loved goods. If you have decided these goods are simply too awesome for you then send them back to us within 2 weeks and the refund is processed on confirmation of goods.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. Contact us at [email protected] with any questions queries or if your out the 14 day period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Single cards or collections where cards can be interchange cannot be returned. It must also be in the original packaging and not custom made.
ALL returns will cover any fees incurred by us including payment, posting and insurances, we will not profit from this transaction. Orders with items that are limited quantity (graded cards, sealed product etc) will be charged an additional 10% restocking fee.
Any custom item purchases are final once the order is being processed .
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where you will have to pay postage for the item back or only receive a partial refund:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to update you and give your options.
Your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If refused options will be sent via email on how to proceed.
Late or missing refunds
If you have been told a refund has been authorised and waited a week without receiving a refund yet, first check your which card your payment method and the statement of account associated with it. If you are unable to locate it, contact the provider as sometimes these can be caught in pending or just take some processing time to be officially posted.

Initiating a refund
To return your product, you should email us at [email protected] as soon as possible as this will initiate your return. We will confirm the amount returns postage will be and provide a shipping label with adequate insurance for the item. We will allow 14 days for us to receive the item otherwise we will assume you would like to keep the item (this will be extended if item is held up in transit).
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless we have accepted fault.
If you have opted for an exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are covering your own postage, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
